At MT4 Data, we strive to provide the best MT4 data feed service for Indian traders. Please read our refund policy carefully before subscribing.
Monthly plans (Basic & Pro)
- Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.
- Cancel anytime — no charges from the next billing cycle.
- Your feed remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- No partial refunds for unused days within a billing cycle.
Annual Pro plan
- Eligible for pro-rata refund within the first 7 days of activation.
- After 7 days, no refunds for annual subscriptions.
- Submit refund requests via email or WhatsApp with account details.
- Refunds processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Free demo
We offer a 1-day free demo for new users. No payment is required. Demo credentials are for evaluation only and cannot be extended without a paid subscription.
Service downtime
Extended downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours due to issues on our end) qualifies for pro-rata credit or subscription extension. Scheduled maintenance does not qualify.
Non-refundable situations
- Issues caused by your internet connection or hardware
- Incorrect MT4 configuration on your end
- Violation of our terms of service
- Change of mind after 7 days on annual plans
How to request a refund
Contact us at info@mcxsuregain.com or WhatsApp with your registered phone number, plan details and reason for the request. We review within 48 hours.
